The Future of the Jaguars in Jacksonville and Jacksonville hookups
The new collective bargaining agreement has been a tedious, and at times contentious issue between the players of the league and the team owner. Rather than a central issue being at the forefront, this particular set of negotiations included a bevy of issues, including the question of whether to expand from sixteen to eighteen games, whether or not to take money off the table for players, the issue of rookie contracts, and even television rights distribution. It was an example of a truly twenty-first century league, fixated on maximum profits, for both the league and the owners, as they can be considered very separate entities. The league looks to make its enormous rake off of television contracts, and ultimately, its own network: The NFL Network.

Rumour has it that Roger Goodell isn’t thrilled with that way Davis conducts his business and may actually in fact believe that what he is doing is detrimental to the league as a whole. If this is remotely true than it could be argues that the city of Oakland has even more to worry about that Jacksonville does. Fans in the Northern Florida will definitely rejoice when the announcement comes out.
